The most reproducible UTP11-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-929P, MIR1263, and MIR1283-1. Each is linked with UTP11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UTP11-to-partner and partner-to-UTP11 results are reported.
