UTF1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UTF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,891 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UTF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are VENTX, ACAP1, and CORO1A. Each is linked with UTF1 in more than 22 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UTF1-to-partner and partner-to-UTF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UTF1 versus VENTX in TGCT, with a Pearson correlation of 0.94.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UTF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→UTF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
