Across TCGA patient cohorts, UTF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,982 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UTF1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Antigen processing and presentation of peptide or polysaccharide antigen via MHC class II, Positive regulation of CD8-positive, alpha-beta T cell differentiation, and Regulation of leukocyte mediated cytotoxicity. Each is linked with UTF1 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UTF1-to-partner and partner-to-UTF1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Antigen processing and presentation of peptide or polysaccharide antigen via MHC class II grouped by UTF1-low versus UTF1-high in STAD.
