Across TCGA cell cohorts, UTF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UTF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAGEB4 and CYP2A13. Each is linked with UTF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UTF1-to-partner and partner-to-UTF1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MAGEB4 grouped by UTF1-low versus UTF1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
