UST

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UST RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,961 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UST-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SORBS1, CNRIP1, and DPYSL3. Each is linked with UST in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UST-to-partner and partner-to-UST results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UST versus SORBS1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UST→partner) and Y-score (partner→UST) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
