Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, UST protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 604 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UST-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACOT6, ARSA, and PLPPR2. Each is linked with UST in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UST-to-partner and partner-to-UST results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UST versus ACOT6 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.39.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UST→partner) and Y-score (partner→UST) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
