UST

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UST mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UST-associated genes across cancer lineages are Rictor_pT1135, 14-3-3_beta, and eIF4E. Each is linked with UST in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UST-to-partner and partner-to-UST results are reported.
