Across TCGA cell cohorts, UST RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,955 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UST-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of protein exit from endoplasmic reticulum, Negative regulation of organelle assembly, and Vesicle budding from membrane. Each is linked with UST in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UST-to-partner and partner-to-UST results are reported.
