UST

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, UST mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 78 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UST-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR2B2, MRGPRG, and TMEM72. Each is linked with UST in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UST-to-partner and partner-to-UST results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR2B2 grouped by UST-low versus UST-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UST→partner) and Y-score (partner→UST) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
