Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP9YP28 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 673 significant associations in total. LGG shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible USP9YP28-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of peptidyl-cysteine S-nitrosylation, Regulation of glutamate receptor signaling pathway, and Negative regulation of TORC1 signaling. Each is linked with USP9YP28 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP9YP28-to-partner and partner-to-USP9YP28 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
