Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, USP9YP28 RNA is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated USP9YP28 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher USP9YP28 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated USP9YP28 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

COAD, MESO, and PRAD are the cancer types where USP9YP28 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
