USP9X

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP9X RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21,043 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USP9X-associated genes across cancer lineages are NUP153, CNOT1, and CCDC93. Each is linked with USP9X in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP9X-to-partner and partner-to-USP9X results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, USP9X versus NUP153 in DLBC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.78.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP9X→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP9X) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
