USP9X

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP9X RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,405 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USP9X-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DDX3X, SYAP1, and UBA1. Each is linked with USP9X in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP9X-to-partner and partner-to-USP9X results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, USP9X versus DDX3X in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP9X→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP9X) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
