Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP9X protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,006 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible USP9X-associated genes across cancer lineages are SYAP1, RAB9A, and ATP6AP2. Each is linked with USP9X in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP9X-to-partner and partner-to-USP9X results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, USP9X versus SYAP1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP9X→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP9X) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
