Across TCGA cell cohorts, USP9X RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,405 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USP9X-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Post-Golgi vesicle-mediated transport, Monoubiquitinated protein deubiquitination, and Cytosolic transport. Each is linked with USP9X in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP9X-to-partner and partner-to-USP9X results are reported.
