USP9X

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, USP9X mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 745 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USP9X-associated genes across cancer lineages are CACNA1S, S100G, and SCTR. Each is linked with USP9X in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP9X-to-partner and partner-to-USP9X results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CACNA1S grouped by USP9X-low versus USP9X-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP9X→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP9X) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
