Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,433 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible USP8-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DNAJC17, UBE3A, and UBR1. Each is linked with USP8 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP8-to-partner and partner-to-USP8 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, USP8 versus DNAJC17 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP8→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
