Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP8 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,652 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible USP8-associated genes across cancer lineages are IVD, NDUFAF1, and HAUS2. Each is linked with USP8 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP8-to-partner and partner-to-USP8 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, USP8 versus IVD in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP8→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
