USP8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,840 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USP8-associated genes across cancer lineages are YTHDF3-AS1, DIABLO, and NDUFA6. Each is linked with USP8 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP8-to-partner and partner-to-USP8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, YTHDF3-AS1 grouped by USP8-low versus USP8-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP8→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
