USP8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, USP8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,240 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USP8-associated genes across cancer lineages are DPP8, AP4E1, and TRPM7. Each is linked with USP8 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP8-to-partner and partner-to-USP8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, USP8 versus DPP8 in OESOPHAGUS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.77.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP8→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
