Across TCGA cell cohorts, USP8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,741 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible USP8-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process via the N-end rule pathway, Establishment of protein localization to organelle, and Intracellular magnesium ion homeostasis. Each is linked with USP8 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP8-to-partner and partner-to-USP8 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process via the N-end rule pathway grouped by USP8-low versus USP8-high in OESOPHAGUS.
