USP8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, USP8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 409 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USP8-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR11H6, CBY1, and GSR. Each is linked with USP8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP8-to-partner and partner-to-USP8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR11H6 grouped by USP8-low versus USP8-high in LIVER.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP8→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
