Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, USP6NL mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated USP6NL data layer compared with 29 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (CCRCC), where higher USP6NL mass-spec protein is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated USP6NL expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CCRCC and UCEC show a favorable association.

CCRCC, UCEC, and LUAD are the cancer types where USP6NL mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
