USP6NL

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP6NL RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,112 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USP6NL-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRIP12, TRAPPC10, and WDR26. Each is linked with USP6NL in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP6NL-to-partner and partner-to-USP6NL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, USP6NL versus TRIP12 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.86.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP6NL→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP6NL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
