Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP6NL mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 49 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible USP6NL-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, 53BP1, and 14-3-3_beta. Each is linked with USP6NL in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP6NL-to-partner and partner-to-USP6NL results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Notch1 grouped by USP6NL-low versus USP6NL-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP6NL→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP6NL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
