Across TCGA cell cohorts, USP6NL RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,635 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible USP6NL-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of translation at postsynapse, modulating synaptic transmission, Regulation of Golgi organization, and Transcription elongation-coupled chromatin remodeling. Each is linked with USP6NL in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP6NL-to-partner and partner-to-USP6NL results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of translation at postsynapse, modulating synaptic transmission grouped by USP6NL-low versus USP6NL-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
