USP53

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP53 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,290 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USP53-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARFIP1, TNKS1BP1, and TOP2A_S1247. Each is linked with USP53 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP53-to-partner and partner-to-USP53 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, USP53 versus ARFIP1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP53→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP53) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
