Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP53 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,544 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible USP53-associated genes across cancer lineages are EZH2P1, NARF, and SYNJ2BP-COX16. Each is linked with USP53 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP53-to-partner and partner-to-USP53 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EZH2P1 grouped by USP53-low versus USP53-high in CESC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP53→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP53) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
