USP51

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP51 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,643 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USP51-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DDX21, EPM2AIP1, and HDGFL3. Each is linked with USP51 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP51-to-partner and partner-to-USP51 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, USP51 versus DDX21 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.28.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP51→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP51) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
