Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP51 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible USP51-associated genes across cancer lineages are KCNIP2, POF1B, and PNCK. Each is linked with USP51 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP51-to-partner and partner-to-USP51 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, USP51 versus KCNIP2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.66.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP51→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP51) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
