Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP51 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,314 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible USP51-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNORA36C, TRAJ14, and RPL7P40. Each is linked with USP51 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP51-to-partner and partner-to-USP51 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNORA36C grouped by USP51-low versus USP51-high in READ.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP51→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP51) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
