Across TCGA cell cohorts, USP51 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,513 significant associations in total. STOMACH shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USP51-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitotic cytokinesis, Endoplasmic reticulum to Golgi vesicle-mediated transport, and Negative regulation of mitotic cell cycle phase transition. Each is linked with USP51 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP51-to-partner and partner-to-USP51 results are reported.
