USP50

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP50 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,045 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USP50-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HDGFL3, PMM2, and SRP54. Each is linked with USP50 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP50-to-partner and partner-to-USP50 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, USP50 versus HDGFL3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.25.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP50→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP50) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
