USP5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,449 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USP5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are STRAP, MLF2, and FKBP4. Each is linked with USP5 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP5-to-partner and partner-to-USP5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, USP5 versus STRAP in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP5→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
