USP49

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP49 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,198 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USP49-associated genes across cancer lineages are UBE2F, CYCSP43, and RPL31P59. Each is linked with USP49 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP49-to-partner and partner-to-USP49 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, UBE2F grouped by USP49-low versus USP49-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP49→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP49) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
