Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP48 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,721 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible USP48-associated genes across cancer lineages are AUNIP, LZIC, and LMNB1. Each is linked with USP48 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP48-to-partner and partner-to-USP48 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, USP48 versus AUNIP in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP48→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP48) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
