USP48

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP48 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,284 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USP48-associated genes across cancer lineages are ENSAP3, RNU4-50P, and MIR3128. Each is linked with USP48 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP48-to-partner and partner-to-USP48 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ENSAP3 grouped by USP48-low versus USP48-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP48→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP48) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
