Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RNU5E-3P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RNU5E-3P expression is associated with patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in MESO. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RNU5E-3P is differentially expressed in 2, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Additionally, RNU5E-3P RNA expression shows 5,841 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in LUAD. Together, these results highlight MESO, STAD, and LUAD as cancer lineages where RNU5E-3P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
