USP47

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP47 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,954 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USP47-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZBED5, BTBD10, and DHRS7. Each is linked with USP47 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP47-to-partner and partner-to-USP47 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, USP47 versus ZBED5 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP47→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP47) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
