Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, USP46 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated USP46 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher USP46 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated USP46 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
BRCA, UCEC, and COAD are the cancer types where USP46 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
