Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP46 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,719 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible USP46-associated proteins across cancer lineages are THEMIS2, PSMB10, and PSME2. Each is linked with USP46 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP46-to-partner and partner-to-USP46 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, USP46 versus THEMIS2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.48.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP46→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP46) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
