Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP46 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,444 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible USP46-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL9, RNA5SP414, and OR6J1. Each is linked with USP46 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP46-to-partner and partner-to-USP46 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IL9 grouped by USP46-low versus USP46-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP46→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP46) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
