Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP46 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 34 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USP46-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, eIF4E, and A-Raf_pS299. Each is linked with USP46 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP46-to-partner and partner-to-USP46 results are reported.
