Across TCGA cell cohorts, USP46 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,922 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible USP46-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of sterol biosynthetic process, Positive regulation of cholesterol biosynthetic process, and Protein deubiquitination. Each is linked with USP46 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP46-to-partner and partner-to-USP46 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of sterol biosynthetic process grouped by USP46-low versus USP46-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
