Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, USP45 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated USP45 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher USP45 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated USP45 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and STAD show a favorable association.

CESC, BRCA, and LIHC are the cancer types where USP45 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
