USP45

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP45 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,984 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USP45-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SCAF8, HDAC2, and ARID1B. Each is linked with USP45 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP45-to-partner and partner-to-USP45 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, USP45 versus SCAF8 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP45→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP45) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
