USP45

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP45 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,011 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USP45-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC01184, NEUROG3, and TMSB4Y. Each is linked with USP45 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP45-to-partner and partner-to-USP45 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, USP45 versus LINC01184 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.74.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP45→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP45) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
