USP45

Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP45 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 43 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USP45-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, eEF2, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with USP45 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP45-to-partner and partner-to-USP45 results are reported.
