USP45

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, USP45 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,068 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USP45-associated genes across cancer lineages are FBXL4, QRSL1, and ORC3. Each is linked with USP45 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP45-to-partner and partner-to-USP45 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, USP45 versus FBXL4 in STOMACH, with a Pearson correlation of 0.71.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP45→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP45) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
