USP45

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → DRUGCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, USP45 mutation is significantly associated with the drug of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USP45-associated genes across cancer lineages are Mirin, Leflunomide, and GSK2801. Each is linked with USP45 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP45-to-partner and partner-to-USP45 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Mirin grouped by USP45-low versus USP45-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP45→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP45) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
